Kendra found a love for filmmaking from shooting dramatic, feature-length home movies in the rice fields of Southeast Asia, where she grew up, with her siblings. After she graduated high school and returned to America, she pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Film and Media Production at Taylor University in Indiana. 

 

During her time there, she shot and directed several award winning pieces - a documentary,  a first-responder recruitment video, and a short narrative film. She finished her degree with a semester in Los Angeles, CA, interning at a camera rental house and documentary company.

 

Post-graduation, she looks forward to developing her passion for directing and cinematography in the industry. Her greatest delights come in the form of her fiance, writing stories, long walks in the sun or under the stars, and bread. Lots of bread.
